Professor Su-Ling (Laura) Fan of Department of Civil Engineering. With the financial support of Ministry of Science and Technology, Assoc. Professor Fan is going to establish Taiwan-Malaysia Project Management and Digital Technology Regional Center with UoRM. The Center will promote bilateral cooperation in engineering fields between Taiwan and Malaysia and neighboring Southeast Asia countries. (2017-11-20)
